Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion Ministry
The Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion serve a vital role in our parish by assisting the priest in distributing the Body and Blood of Christ to the faithful during Mass. This ministry is a profound expression of love and service, as it allows parishioners to help ensure that the Eucharist, the source and summit of our faith, is shared reverently and efficiently within our community.
As an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion, you will have the privilege of not only helping during Mass but also, in some cases, bringing the Eucharist to those who are homebound, in hospitals, or in care facilities. This act of charity extends the love and presence of Christ to those who are unable to join us in person, ensuring that they remain connected to the life of the Church and receive spiritual nourishment.
If you feel called to serve in this sacred ministry and to deepen your connection with the Eucharist, we invite you to answer this call. Training and guidance will be provided to help you feel confident in your role. For more information or to volunteer, please contact the Church Office. Your willingness to serve can bring Christ’s love and grace to others in a meaningful and impactful way.
